He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Nancy Schiavo Costanzo, Sr.; his wife Phyllis Stockwell Costanzo; his siblings, Catherine DeMarco, Kenneth, Catherine Costanzo and Frank Costanzo; and his brother-in-law Lee Hein.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carmella Hein and Nancy Garland (Tony Lanzone); and his brother-in-law Stephen DeMarco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
