It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace M. Lennon (Mechanicville, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Carlow and Grace Carlow (McNab). She is survived by: her husband William H. Lennon Jr.; her children, William Lennon (Katie), Christopher Lennon, Cynthia Holmes (David) and Timothy Lennon (Cristina); her grandsons, Daniel and Michael Lennon; her sister Marion Rivers (Everett) of Cohoes; and her friends, Anne Mashuta and Will Considine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to cemetery restrictions, in lieu of flowers donations in Grace's memory can be made to the Regional Food Bank 965 Albany Shaker Road, Latham, NY 12110.
