He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale D'Ambrosio and Caroline D'Ambrosio. He is survived by: his wife Rita L. D'Ambrosio; his son Frank (Cher D'Ambrosio); his grandson Jeff (Roz); his great grandchildren, Joseph, Emmalyn and Lucas; his grandson Christopher (Katie); his great grandchildren, Sydney, Cameron and Alex; his grandchildren, Kelly Faye and Scott (Kyleen); and his great grandchild Blake. He is also survived by family members and friends.
