She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry B. Johnson and Ella C. Johnson (Hatlee); her son Tyler W. Middleton; and her siblings, Alice Jackson, James Johnson, Richard Johnson and Elsie Brown.
She is survived by: her son Todd L. Middleton of Halfmoon; her grandsons, Zachary A. Middleton of California and Jacob A. (Krystal Middleton) of Porters Corners; her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Norah Middleton of Porters Corners; and her brother Carl (Doris Johnson) of Clifton Park. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
