She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton S. Verdi and Constance Lombardo Verdi; her husband John A. Pitcheralle; and her brother Joseph P. Verdi. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan M. (Toni Ann), Gary J. (Kelly) and Jonathan D. Pitcheralle; her grandchildren, Jack, Chase, Carter and Dylan Pitcheralle; her siblings, Burt Verdi (Kathy), David Verdi (Peggy), Kathy Weldon and Anne Reynolds (Steve); and her sister-in-law Cindy Verdi Kowatch (Arthur Medina). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Doreen's honor to the American Cancer Society.
