He was predeceased by: his uncle Danny Varone. He is survived by: his father Ricky Varone (Dora Anderson) of Albany; his sons, Luca and Theo; the mother of his child Lindsey Varone of Clifton Park; his close friend John Mike Rinaldi (Kristy); his son Roman; his aunts, Aleta Cavotta (Pat Peluso) and Jacqueline McClements (Bill Phelps); and his uncle Mark Varone (Marybeth Christman).
