With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn M. Patrick (Mechanicville, New York), who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn M. Patrick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Cook and Elsie Cook (Robinson); her significant other Dick Shields; her friend Susan Powers; and the father of her children James Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, James (Donna) of Okeechobee, FL, Vincent (Kristen) of Osaka and Colleen (Michael Hannon) of Catskill, NY; her grandchildren, Kendra, Truman and Jack; her great grandchild James; her significant other's sons, Dennis Shields of Gallatin, Jeffrey (Teena Shields) of Mechanicville and Gary Shields of Stillwater; and also, Clarrisa, Sophia, Skylar, Ryan and McKenzie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hudson South Church (121 N Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
