She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Bernard Lewis; her great grandchild Siena Lewis; and her siblings, Nina (Robert Chauvin) and Edward (Patricia Luther). She is survived by: her husband Vincent A. Lanzone, Sr.; her children, Lisa Lewis of Stillwater, Linda Ontkush (George) of Valley Falls, Laurie Ballo (Robert) of Ballston Lake, Lois Weeden (Jeffery) of Pittstown, Vincent Lanzone (Michael Ryan) of East Greenbush and James Lanzone (Wendy) of Stillwater; her grandchildren, Justyn (Andrea), Jonathan Saunders, Jodi Michaels, Ian Lewis (Heather), Amanda Lewis (Chris Badaloni), Ryan Lewis (Gina), Roy Divan II (Lori), Savana McGuire (Jake), Kyleigh Cherry (Jamie) and Chase Lanzone; and her great grandchildren, Kiera, Jonathan, Lucas, Emma, John, Jordan, Sawyer, Easton, Kieran, Eve, Alexander, Edward and Dawsyn. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
