He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. and Mary Bullis, Sr. (Skowronsky). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bullis; his children, Anthony Bullis, III (Lillian) and Bonnie Batchelder of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Patricia O'Kay (Jacob) of Pulaski, Thomas Bullis (Gabrielle) of Stormville, Allen Batchelder, III of Clifton Park and Amanda Couture (Ryan) of Clifton Park; and his great grandchildren, John, Jordan O'Kay, Chase and Jett Couture.
