He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Hutchings and Patricia Benjamin Hutchings; his wife Esther I. Snavely-Hutchings; his children, Kilie Grover, Dakota Hutchings, Samantha Hutchings, Hailey Hutchings and Timothy L. Hutchings; his siblings, Jessica Peer (Tyler) and Justin Hutchings (Dez); his wife's daughter Mercedes; his grandparents, Ray and Laura Hutchings; and his mother-in-law Sandra Snavely. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to his family for expenses.
