He was predeceased by: his father Richard'Joe'Tobias; his father-in-law Gary W. Bradshaw; and his brother David R. Tobias. He is survived by: his son Bryan T. Tobias; his mother Jane Tobias of McGraw; his mother-in-law June Bradshaw of McGraw; his siblings, William'Bill'Tobias of Cincinnatus and Trisha Hinkle (Ron) of McGraw; his granddaughter Althea Meemken; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
