He is survived by: his parent Christine Corey Owen; his wife Alberta "Betty" Brown Owen; and his children, Debra Kilburn (Shawn) of York, PA, Diane Reif (Mark) of Cato, Robert Michael Owen of Lansing, John L. Owen (Laurel) of Burlison, TN and Donna Neff (Michael Natale) of Cortland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
