He is survived by: his parents, Paul Burdick Jr. and Patricia Churchill; his significant other Michele McUmber; the mother of his children Elizabeth Burdick; his children, Crystin, Quintin, Katelyn and Korbin Burdick; his brothers, John and Joshua Burdick (Jeana); and his aunt Paula McUmber (Leon). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
