He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bell and Mary Gilbert Bell; and his siblings, Cindy Stevens, Denise Stevens, John Bell and Don Bell Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Halsey-Bell; his children, Jamie Halsey and Erin Ryan Shoemaker (Mickey); his grandsons, Corbin Ryan, Noah Ryan (McKenzie) and Eli Ryan; his stepmother Nancy Bell; and his siblings, Tina Bell, Crystal Bell, Michael Bell (Carole) and David Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
