He was predeceased by: his wife Helen E. Talbot (Heller); and his sister Violet. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Wood (Penny Schoneman), Dwight Talbot, Greg Talbot (Alfreda Kwakye), Carol Wilmarth (Tim), Josh Talbot (Maria), Debra and Patty. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
