He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lee Gustafson of Mayville; his wife Cheryl Stebbins Gustafson of Mayville; his children, Trisha Delcamp (Scott Olson) of Mayville and Cody Gustafson of Mayville; and his grandchildren, Jillian, Callie Delcamp, Morgan and Kyle Olson. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and his brothers-in-law as he was an only child.
