He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Shopland and Winifred Shopland; and his brother Don (Australia). He is survived by: his children, John Shopland (Wendy), Jane Shopland, Barb Shopland (Lisa) and Elizabeth Shopland (Fred); his grandchildren, Ian, Tannis, Riley and Mackenzie; his great grandchild Lucas; and his siblings, Barbara (Oakville) and Robert (Wales).
Due to COVID restrictions a private family service will be held.
