Myrtle M. Skiba Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Myrtle M. Skiba of Mayville, New York, born in Waterford, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 25, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray W. Chapman and Ruth Barton Chapman; her husband George Skiba Sr.; and her siblings, Ray Jr., Russell (Tuffy), Harry (Butch), Warren, John Chapman, Julia Carniewski, Florence Kennerknecht, Marjorie Lenart, Alice Polohonki and Mary Ann Baker.
She is survived by: her children, George Skiba Jr. of Mayville and Teresa Brady (Lorraine Brandi) of Lakewood; her grandchildren, Megan Brady of Falconer, Kelly Piercefield (James) of Pittsboro, IN, Christine Templar (Mark) of Victor, NY and Adam Brandi of Panama; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Holden Trask, Brady, Holly Piercefield, Chance, Sofi Templar and Sophia Carlson-Brandi; her siblings, Lois Smith (Harvey), Kathleen Fox and Dale Chapman of Waterford, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Chapman, Barbara Heim of Waterford, PA, Joan Rearick, Phyllis Vrobel of Meadville, PA and Max Skiba (Delores) of Titusville, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
