It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyston Russell Knappenberger (Mayville, New York), who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Knappenberger, and Rev. Harold Knappenberger, Sr.; and his brother Harold Knappenberger Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bassler Knappenberger; his children, Kent Knappenberger (Nannette) of Westfield, Lon (Kim) of Westfield, Amber Brown (Bryan) of Westfield, Michael (Susanne), Haug, Stefanie (Stephan) and Werneke; and his grandchildren, Cleverson, Cleiton, Robson, Carolina, Jackson, Marcio, Lucy, Amanda, Esther, Gabrielle, Emma, Noah, Elijah, Angelle, Lillian and Eliora.
