She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Rater and Annie Imbery Rater; her sons, Paul (Donna), Gary (Darene), Dale (Janet) and Wade (Laurie); her grandchildren, Leia Paddleford (Jessie), Luke Weatherlow (Sarah), Douglas Wells (Kelsey), Daniel Wells (Jennifer), Heather Duncan (Scott), Brian Shepard (Kristy), Steven Shepard, Holly Potter (Sean), Ryan McChesney (Morgan), Zachary Weatherlow, William Weatherlow (Jessica), Robert Weatherlow and Stephanie Weatherlow; her pet Tiger; her husband Francis L. Weatherlow; and her grandson Joshua McChesney.
