He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt A. Murphy and Wilhelmina Genske Murphy; and his wife Patricia Loup Murphy (Mama Pat). He is survived by: his children, Donald Cornell of O'fallon, IL, Kenneth Richard Murphy Jr. (Robin) of Greencastle, PA, Timothy Murphy (Tammi) of Portsmouth, VA, Shawn Murphy (Ellen) of Courtland, VA and Kelly Angarita (Javier) of Fayetteville, NC; and his sister Carol Bomasuto of Dunkirk, NY.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
