He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Baker; his son Jeffrey Baker; and his siblings, Peter, Paul Baker and Theresa Rote (Baker).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Baker (Brown); his children, Jay Baker (Sharon) of Mayville and Joy Baker of Sherman, NY; his sister Betty Foster (Baker) of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Brendan Baker (Gary) of Denver, Justin Baxenburg (Sara) of Falls Church, Quintana Hayden (Luke) of Conifer, Bethany Baker of Washington, DC, Jessup Baker (Christina) of Mayville, Camden Baker (Claire) of Loveland and Chandler Baker (Courtney) of Mayville; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Isabel Baxenburg of Falls Church, Luke, Ellis Hayden of Conifer, Noelle, Jack Baker of Maysville and Wren Baker of Mayville. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and became an honorary grandpa for many of their friends.
