With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Hawks Hewes Jr. of Mayville, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Perla Manapol; his children, Kenneth Hewes (Vicki), Jeannie Cameranesi (Danny), Terri Barton (Keith), Susan Hewes (Gregg) and Karen Suber (Robert Bemus Pt); his grandchildren, Gordon Hewes, Athena Cameranesi, Trevor Barton, Robert Hawks, Sunnhi, Aren and Leland Suber; his siblings, Milton and Margie; and his parents, Jean and Gerald. He was also cherished by his wife, four children and two granddaughters.
Memorial donations may be sent to Chautauqua County Hospice or Chautauqua Fire Department.
