He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Brien and Genevieve O'Brien (Nicholson); his wife Audrey O'Brien (Mosher); and his sister Patricia O'Brien. He is survived by: his son Michael C. O'Brien (Galyna); his grandchildren, Kyle O'Brien, Angelina O'Brien, Daniel O'Brien and Emily O'Brien; his sister Alice O'Brien; his nephews, Mark Mosher (Taylor), Paul and Peter Santurri of Rhode Island; and his sister Mary O'Brien.
