She is survived by: her husband Christopher Dufel; her son Brennan Dufel; her pet Carver Cute-Cute Dufel; her parents, John Carrotti (Marlene) and MaryEllen Lamica (Bruce); her parents-in-law, Larry and Judith Dufel; her sisters, Gina Carrotti and April Holland (Ken); her sister-in-law Erika Uhlinger; and her nieces and nephews, Jessica (Jacob Holland), Kendra (Taylor Arnold), James Donald (JD) and Madison Uhlinger. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family is requesting donations be made to Mayfield Central School District in care of Shelly Dufel for scholarships to students majoring in the teaching profession or English.
