She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Decker and Helen Rooney Milspaw; her mother-in-law Jane Colligan; and her nephew Christopher Colligan. She is survived by: her husband Robert Colligan; her pet Cooper; her brother Joseph Ginsburg (Cindy); her brother-in-law Ronald Colligan (Leila); and her friends, Betty Dunphy, Mary Long, Ross and Amy Piscitelli.
