She was predeceased by: her parent Spring Hunter; her husband John M. Meola; her daughter Nancy Purchase; and her siblings, Barbara Dowis, Matthew Hunter and George Hunter.

She is survived by: her parent Jean Davidow Hunter; her children, Nicki Pine John Meola (Shari) and Mark Meola; her brothers, Kenneth Hunter and Eugene Hunter; her grandchildren, Evan Pine, Andrew Pine, Nicholas Meola, Gianna Meola, Alyssa Pine, Courtney Meola and Shawn Meola; and her great grandchildren, Lilli Avery Pine, Madeleine Pine and Michael Pine. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
