He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Nostrand and Arbutus Van Nostrand (Edwards); his son Jeffrey Van Nostrand Sr. (Froie); and his siblings, Lloyd, Eleanor and Roy Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Valo (Gus), Michael Van Nostrand (Julie), Christopher Van Nostrand (Pooh) and Jessica; his siblings, Scott and Rebecca; his daughter-in-law Georga Van Nostrand; and his grandchild Lezlie Early.
