He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Levine and Mildred Levine (Kravitz); and his brother David Levine. He is survived by: his former spouse Andreea Kaczor; his children, Christian Levine of Mayfield, Michaelia Daniels (Jason) of Gloversville and Jade Grace (William Gifford) of Mayfield; his grandchildren, Jenna Dingman (Austin), Kolton, Jaylee Vanslyke, Gage Hayes, Kaylob Daniels, Jackson Levine-Grace and Maisy Gifford; his brother Steven Levine of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his great grandchild Aubriella Dingman.
