Melzer of Maybrook, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Melzer and Marie Melzer (Stegman); his brother Carl; and his sister-in-law Virginia Melzer. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Lynn Princisvalle (Tony), Nancy Melzer, Janice Melzer and Carol Petrilli (Billy); his grandchildren, Katherine Schrichte (Andrew), Lauretta Sonner (Lance), Joseph Zak (Azenet), Diane Eull (William) and Michael Petrilli (Jocelyn); his great grandchildren, Gwyn, Killian, Bran, Natalie, Jaxon, Melody, Luke, Parker, Jazper and Schrichte; and his sister-in-law Valerie Gardner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Millspaugh Funeral Directors (22 Bank St, Walden, NY 12586). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
