She was predeceased by: her father Ezequiel Delacruz Carpio. She is survived by: her mother Gliceria Alicia Galarza Parra of Peru; her husband Kerry P. Donaldson; her son Ezequiel Donaldson of Hurleyville, NY; and her siblings, Hermeregildo J. Calderon Galarza of Peru, Oscar G. Telles Galarza of Peru, Jose A. Valenzuela Galarza of Peru, Leonor G. Osorio of Lumpoc, CA, Alicia Delacruz Galarza of Peru and Carmen I. Valenzuela Galarza of Peru. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
