He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Fortunato and Margaret Fortunato (DeFonde); and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Rosie Fortunato of Clay; and his close friend Deborah Tornatore of Canastota.
