She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Crisafi and Mary Crisafi (DiMento); her husband Thomas J. Garofalo, Sr.; and her siblings, Josephine Parillo, Mary DeMore, Charles, Frank, Tom and Tony Crisafi.
She is survived by: her children, John T. (Saundra) of Phoenix, Nicholas T. (Cheryl) of Cicero, Thomas J. Jr. (Colleen) of Bridgeport and Anne Snyder (Donald) of Brewerton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
