He is survived by: his wife Francine (Hare) of Mattydale; his children, Bobbi Jo Herzog of North Syracuse, Francis Herzog Jr. (Terry) of Syracuse, Nicholas Herzog (Stephanie Roeser) of Mattydale, Lorrie King of Syracuse and Michael King of Jamesville; and his siblings, Lewis (Patricia), Raymond (Iris), Thomas (Cheryl), Charles Herzog (Victoria) and Hazel Badore (Louis). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
