He is survived by: his children, Amber Hart (Steve Spagnola) of Bridgeport, Alexis Smith (Phoenix) of Mattydale, Eric Hart of North Syracuse and Bradley Hart of Mattydale; his siblings, Mary Jo Johns (Lew) of Austin, TX, Paul Hart (Anne) of North Syracuse, Judy Gullen of New Auburn, WI and Christopher Hart of Seattle Washington; and his grandchildren, Rose and Tommy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
