It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Neidel (Mattydale, New York), born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Civitello and Helen Civitello (Parravani); and her former husband Charles Neidel. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Toole of Liverpool and Robert Neidel (Caryn) of Attleboro, MA; her sisters, Phyllis Miele (Joseph) of Schenectady and Mary Ann Mackay of East Greenbush, NY; her grandchildren, Nicholas Laure (Kyle Voyer), Ryan Toole (Ashley), Jessica Neidel, Justin Neidel and Saren Laure; her great grandchild Bella; and her goddaughter Michele. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
