He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Culkin and Patricia Culkin; his sister Roxanne Saya; his niece Patty Ann Saya; and his brother-in-law Phil DeSantis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl DeSantis and Kip Culkin (Michele); and his brother-in-law Thomas Saya. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
