He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca "Becky" Cleveland; his children, Mackhenzie, Harper and Amelia; his mother Mary Louise Seymour of Mattydale; and his brothers, J. Scott (Naomi) of Port St and Todd (Jennifer) of Brewerton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws; and friends.
