With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winona M Tarbell (Massena, New York), who passed away on May 20, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Earl Davis; her grandmother Louise Bush; and her brother James Earl Davis, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Davis (Bush); her husband Charles D. Tarbell; her children, Jordan M. of Akwesasne, Blake E. of Akwesasne and Courtney L. Tarbell of Akwesasne; her grandchildren, Lainen, Arrow, James and Milani; and her siblings, Brant Davis (Wanda) and Janet Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may plant a tree or flower in the gardens at her home.
