We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2018, at the age of 78, William Locascio (Massena, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Locascio and Mary Locascio (Hart). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; and his sister Patricia Wiarda (John) of Winsted. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
