He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Russell and Beulah Russell (Goodrich); and his siblings, Keith, Dwight, John, Kevin Russell and Janice Fregoe.
He is survived by: his sister Yvonne LaPage of Fort Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in his memory to the Massena Humane Society.
