He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Lynch and Juanita Lynch (Kimberlin). He is survived by: his siblings, Major William Lynch of Rochester, Belinda Swinyer of Massena and Patricia Fitz of Kansas; and his nieces and nephews, Damon and Debby Lynch of Massena.
