It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie E Tutoli in Massena, New York, born in Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Root and Marjorie "Midge" Root (Blanchard); her son Kevin Root (Bernardine Larabay) of Massena; her stepdaughter Peggy (Stephen Tarentino) of Clayton, NC; her siblings, Kevin Blanchard Root of Bonifay, FL and Denise Rosa of Naugatuck, CT; and her grandchildren, Kristeen Root, Danielle, Angela, Vinny and Eddy Visconti.
