He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron G. Sr. and Pearl; and his wife Nancy Wilson. He is survived by: his children, David Ash of Massena, Suzanne Ash of Atlanta and Audra Ash of Louisville; his grandchildren, Nicole Ash Faulkenberry, Theron Ash, Courtney and Cody Doyle; his great grandchild Ashlyn Maria Faulkenberry; and his siblings, Leeward Ash of Massena and Dale Beaulieu of Massena.
