She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace and Mildred; her husband William Bruce Kennedy (Bill); her brothers, Neil, Bryce and Bruce Shaver; and her brother-in-law Wayne Kennedy.
She is survived by: her son Terry William Kennedy (Rosemary); her siblings, Doris Kennedy, Ronny, Larry (Sue) and Dale Shaver (Darlene); her sister-in-law Norma Shaver; her granddaughters, Erin Disanza (Bill) and Carlin Sparacino (Frank); and her great grandchildren, Tess Disanza, William Disanza IV and Audric Sparacino. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those in participation will be asked to observe social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Thelma's memory may be made to the Massena Fire Department.
