He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hillard and Julie Hillard (Bogusky); his spouse Kay J. Apenborn; and his daughter Lee Meyers-Hoffman. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hillard of Massena and Janet Meyers of Greely, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Brian, Teresa, Meghan, Brendan and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Avery.
