It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stella J. Jessmer (Massena, New York), who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Baxter and Elizabeth Baxter (Kanoff); her husband Chester W. Jessmer; and her siblings, Shirley Fetterly, Elwood, Howard and Merlon Baxter.
She is survived by: her children, Howard (Megan Jessmer), Elwood (Eleanor Jessmer), Mary Lisa (Jeff Whitton) and Diana J. McDonald of Massena; her grandchildren, Wendy, Jeremy, Jimmy, Julie, Katelyn, Noah, Jen, Lauren, Christina and Bruce Jr.; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Baxter. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in her memory to the Massena Dialysis Center.
