It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley F. Courtney (Massena, New York), who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan E. Smith and Gladys Smith (Paubst). She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Carr of Massena; and her grandson Ryan Carr (Heather) of Massena. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
