She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Blanchard and Elizabeth "Betty" Blanchard (Thompson); her husband Wayne A. Vice (William Masters); and her brother Kermit Blanchard. She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey (Kimberly Vice) of Louisville, Buffie (Lisa Burnette-Vice) of Murfreesboro, Annette (Greg Paquin) of Massena and Rhonda (Brandon Hunter) of Smyrna, Tennessee; her sisters-in-law, Jerry, Sheila Blanchard of Colton and Myrtle Beach; and her pet Summer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, her brother.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (100 N Main St, Massena, NY 13662). A prayer was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley or the Louisville Fire Department.
