She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Phelix and Gloria Phelix (Fetterly). She is survived by: her son Patrick Smith, Jr. (Jackie Shampine) of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Devan, Aleyah, Jocelyn and Aubrianna; her siblings, Kathy Fetterly of Syracuse, Kelly Phelix of Massena, Tina Phelix of Massena, Kevin (Nancy Fetterly), Gary (Barbara Fetterly), Milford Jr. (Fran Phelix), Ricky Phelix (Betty Burry) and Justin Phelix of Massena; and her close friends, Roger Gonyou, Jr. and Wanda DeRushia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family is establishing Rose Lobdell Memorial Fund to continue her legacy of helping children in any way possible, those wishing may consider donations in her memory to this fund.
